Recently F45 Training Belmont hosted one of our customised talks on overcoming adversity and maintaining motivation.
Although Matt Vapor isn’t happy about experiencing domestic abuse, violence, homelessness and educational disadvantage, he can appreciate what those experiences have taught him. Additionally, being able to harness those experiences to motivate himself while helping educate others about issues they may not be aware of is something he cherishes.
The F45 Training Belmont WA team and community have always been incredibly supportive of the work that we do. They understand that fitness is a small part of a person’s overall wellness. Creating a supportive environment that understands people’s backgrounds and mental health is something that’s so key to being able to help them achieve their fitness goals. We’re proud to be able to be a part of the work they do with their members.
